Super-simple resolvable balanced incomplete block designs with block size 4 and index 3

摘要
The necessary conditions for the existence of a super-simple resolvable balanced incomplete block design on nu points with k = 4 and lambda = 3, are that nu greater than or equal to 8 and nu equivalent to 0 mod 4. These conditions are shown to be sufficient except for nu = 12. (C) 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
