摘要：

With the rapid development of China's educational undertakings, the financial management of colleges and universities has become increasingly complex, and simultaneously the problems and contradictions in the financial management are exposed in the public eyes. In this paper, the problems such as weak internal control management consciousness, non-standard system, and unreasonable ways in the financial management of colleges and universities are analyzed from the perspective of its internal control and principle, and then the effective measures for strengthening the training of the financial management personnel quality and improving the management system, operational mechanism and internal control are raised.
