摘要：
A new circular Dammann grating using a Hankel transform is proposed to generate a number of optical ring patterns. This grating shows that it can achieve high efficiency and excellent uniformity. A numerical solution is also presented together with the fabrication of a third-order CDG by dry etch lithography. Experimental results agree well with the scalar diffraction theory. This grating has the potential to be further developed into practical applications.
