摘要：

To improve the wetting performance of TIC particles in metals a nickel electroless plating process on the surface of TiC particles was presented. SEM images and EDS spectra before and after electroless nickel plating confirm that nickel was deposited on the surface of TiC particles. The thickness of nickel layer over TiC particles increased with time. A layer of lower phosphorous content was obtained in alkali plating bath solution.
