摘要
We present calculations of the response function for electronic Raman scattering in clean d-wave superconductors. Vertex corrections in a conserving approximation lead to contributions to the B-1g response which remove the singularity at the threshold energy 2 Delta(0), yielding instead a peak of comparable intensity as in the A(1g) response. A short-range electron-electron interaction broadens the peak and modifies the low energy spectrum. We obtain lineshapes in good agreement with experimental data on Ca-doped YBa2Cu3O7.
