摘要
This paper introduced a new model of risk identification. The AHP-GCP model is established. AHP-GCP model is constructed by the valid connection of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and GCP (Gray Clustering Process) of the Gray theory. AHP-GCP model is applied in identification of venture capital risk, which starts a new view of the risk investment evaluation. To some extent it remedies the defect of the traditional venture capital evaluation. Finally, a case study is given for explaining its practicability and validity.
