摘要：

E-government is unfamiliar to all the countries and the-process of building it is devious. In the economic era of the information knowledge management becomes the resource of the power to the society By using the experience of knowledge management that applied to enterprises into the building of E-government for reference the paper introduces the method of knowledge management into the designing of E-government and bring forward a architecture of knowledge management in E-government. In practice, the project based on it has obtained great achievements.
