摘要
In this paper, the various factors affecting the transportation costs were analyzed, it affects the traffic volume directly and operating benefit of expressway. It is a multi-goal decision course that a driver chooses the traveling path. It is transformed to a single goal decision course. The traveling time is transformed to expense, and the broad sense expense model is made. Using the computation model in this paper, the transportation cost for heavy load transportation road is calculated. It may provide scientific basis for manager of expressway to formulate toll standard, also may he the cost accounting basis of the expressway transportation department. According to the path choosing theory of road user, the best traffic-distributing model for heavy traffic expressway is put out, where there is 2-grade parallel highway.
