摘要
With the advent of the information age, bioinformatics has been rapid development in many fields to be fully applied. This paper describes the establishment and development of common database of protein, protein structure analysis, protein secondary and tertiary structure prediction; The application of bioinformatics in protein structure analysis is comprehensively summarized, which provides theoretical basis for the wide application of bioinformatics in protein engineering.
