摘要
p-type 20% Bi2Te3-80% Sb2Te3 single crystals and hot-pressed alloys are prepared. The amount of excess Te is varied up to 10% wt%. The effects of excess Te on thermoelectric properties of the hot-pressed alloys are compared with those of single crystals.
