Analyzing Factors to Affect Employment of College Students and Countermeasures to Promote Employment of Universities

The massive expansion of enrolment of universities results in the increase of employment pressure of college students, which has already draw extensive attention of the whole society, and the difficulty in employment need emergent measure. This article summarizes and classifies factors that influence employment of college students. The external factors mainly include the government, enterprises, universities and students' family, whilst the internal factor is the individual abilities of university students. It is analyzed in this article how the various factors play a positive role in promoting university students' employment, and how the resultant force, which is attributed to government pushing forward macro-economic regulation and control and relevant supporting policies, universities adjusting mode of education and improve the employment system, enterprises guiding the demand of employment and reinforcing cooperation with universities and family guidance, promote university students' employment. Meanwhile, as is the cradle of talents, universities are suggested to regulate the structure, modes and the focus of education. Furthermore, university should reinforce education on career planning and promote guidance of employment and quality of employment service.
