Crystal orientation effect under microgravity conditions

摘要
Attempts to grow single crystals of copper II oxalate by homogeneous chemical reaction under microgravity conditions have resulted in the observation of a curious crystallite orientation effect. A possible explanation of the effect in terms of weak magnetic fields is suggested.
