There were improvements in the Berg Balance, non-significant improvements in Chair Stands and the Timed-Up and Go, and no changes in psychosocial measures. Older adults' participation Xbox Kinect exergames may promote physical activity in a fun, social supportive, and positive community environment and improved physical activity.
