摘要：
The scope of the current work is to present a relatively simple method for measuring the elastic properties (Young modulus) of silicalite-1, B-MFI and LTA films using magnetoelastic sensors. The Young modulus is calculated from resonance frequency shifts of Metglas 2826MBA magnetoelastic ribbons, on both sides of which zeolite films have been grown.
