ac susceptibility of superconductors with geometric barrier

摘要：
ac susceptibility of ideal type-II superconductors without Vortex pinning is derived for finite thickness samples. The irreversible properties of the superconductors is due to a macroscopic geometric barrier for flux penetration. The ac susceptibility of the sample with geometric barrier shows many features different from that of the sample which is dominated by bulk pinning.
