摘要
In this study, we developed and tested a model of human resource management (HRM) systems by integrating performance-based rewards, organizational innovative climates and human resource planning to analyze the relationship between the HRM systems and innovative performance. Three hundred and nine employees from high technology industries of Taizhou City in Zhejiang Province of China participated, and we collected data using a survey questionnaire. As hypothesized, the results of analysis suggested that performance-based rewards, organizational innovative climates and human resource planning were significantly and positively related to innovative performance. Implications are discussed.
