摘要
The establishment of people's right of participation is an important issue in the democratization of water resources management. With the social and economic development in China, the conflicts related to the use of water increase all the various conflicts concerning water usage and management are increasing day by day. While the people's participation in water resources management can help to maximize the benefit. Looking back on the experiences in other countries, as well as China's political tradition and cultural background, it's suggested that the person's right of participation in water resources management should be ensured to have their right and channels of participation defined. At the same time, the government should provide the public with favorable conditions to help to exercise their due right.
