摘要
The fit clearance of spherical pair will influence the vibration effect and produce the impulsion and noise when vibration is excited. In order to solve problem of the fit clearance of spherical pair testing, a new feasible method for testing fit clearance is put forward in the paper The method adopts the potentiometer displacement sensor to test the fit clearance of spherical pair dynamically. According to the sample frequency and sinusoidal wave amplitude value and the continuous point of the flat top, the fit clearance can be calculated. The experiment shows that the method can test the fit clearance of spherical pair accurately, and test the fit clearance of joint bearing, and it can also provide an idea for the test of fit clearance of the same characteristic part and components.
