摘要
In the course of the instrumental design and technical control, temperature is an important controlled parameter which affects the performance and precision of instruments and machines. Thus, it is necessary to measure the temperature with high precision quickly. A high precision temperature measurement system is designed in this paper. The system uses the platinum resistance Pt100 as temperature sensor and chooses MAX1402 as the data collection core. Analog switch is used to translate signals in multichannel, so many points temperature can be measured in one time. The demarcated result indicates that this measurement system has the advantages of good reliability, high precision and good portability. The uncertainty of the verification results indicate that its practical temperature measurement precision can reach 0.07 degrees C.
