摘要
The current researches have paid little attention to neither the levies of competitive advantage of regional innovation system nor its multilevel analysis. By defining the source of competitive advantage, this paper identifies its different levels with respect to regional innovation system. Further it explores the approaches and the mechanism of how high-level competitive advantage can be emerging from low-level competitive advantage based on multilevel theory.
