摘要：
Glass-ceramic samples based on lithium heptagermanate Li2Ge7O15 have been prepared by rapid quenching and subsequent heat treatment. The calorimetric measurements have revealed that Li2Ge7O15 crystallizes from the glass phase in two stages. An intermediate state is characterized by a significant increase in the electrical conductivity of the glass-ceramic materials.
