摘要:
Traditionally, accuracy of ail instrument is defined as the sum of the precision and the bias. Recently, this notion was generalized to estimators. However, the concept used a maximum undetected bias, as well as ignored the frequency of failures. In this paper the definition of accuracy is modified to include expected undetected biases and their frequency.
