摘要：
Administration control is an area that from managers point of view stirs up interest, in order to get informed in which measure the set objectives have been reached, with what kind of effort, with what failures and why?; who is the responsible one? How do we have to act in the future? We try to formalise the answer to all these questions in the present paper, which targets commerce branch, with its own features that leads to appropriate solutions.
