摘要
The real estate industry as an industry association degree is high, the economy driven by strong industry, with the accelerated process of urbanization of our country, in recent years the demand and supply are maintained strong momentum, thus becoming the economic development of our country's pillar industry and new economic growth point. In this paper, a review of domestic and foreign about the real estate risk early warning research is carried out, and the direction of the future real estate risk early warning is analyzed. At present, Chinese real estate industry is experiencing nationwide round of high- speed growth, to prevent overheating, the central authorities have introduced a series of macro- control measures, but due to the major cities of the real estate development level and overheating, to unify the macro- control policies made the market reaction. Based on the above consideration, the purpose of this study is to establish the urban real estate early warning system, to make accurate judgments of the city's real estate development, to ensure that the real estate industry healthy and stable development.
