摘要:
Data glove and 3D tracker are important devices for human-computer interaction in virtual assembly system. Driver classes for specific models of data glove and 3D tracker were developed based on object-oriented technology and were integrated with virtual assembly environment through encapsulating the fundamental data gathering functions released by the suppliers. The method of obtaining and the strategy of processing raw data were given. We proposed a method of gesture recognition which is synthetically using data of data glove and 3D tracker. Verification for application of data glove and 3D tracker is implemented by developing a 3-channel-projection based virtual assembly prototype system, which affords the capacity of assembly process simulation.
