摘要：

As one kind of apparel, sports apparels has become an integral part of sports. This paper analyzed the change of sports apparel from ancient to modern times. Through reflection, it summarized the specific strategies for improving the scientificity and rationality of competitive sports apparel in Chine. We hope that it can better promote the development and progress of competitive sports.
