摘要：
In the presence of NaOtBu, [Cp*IrCl2](2)-catalyzed reaction of arylacetonitriles with secondary alcohols was performed to yield alpha-monoalkylation products of arylacetonitriles. The catalyst and conditions also suited for the alpha-monoalkylation of arylacetonitriles with primary alcohols.
