Cyclotron resonance in InAs/AlSb single quantum well under short pulse of high magnetic fields

摘要
We have observed unique features in spin-split cyclotron resonance spectra of two-dimensional electron gas confined in InAs/AlSb single quantum wells under short pulse of high magnetic fields. First, complicated temperature and filing factor dependences are observed that are found to be due to an effect of Coulomb interactions. Second, hysteretic phenomena are observed on traces with increasing and decreasing field sweeps. The sweep-rate dependence reveals that the hysteresis is due to a effect of a non-equilibrium electron distribution between the Zeeman split levels.
