摘要
The technology foresight system features levels, integrity, diversity, openness, self-organizing, self-emerging and dynamic evolution. Based on the in-depth research for the complexity and the adaptability of technology foresight system, this paper analyzes the four characteristics of the technology foresight system, namely, aggregation, nonlinearity, flow, diversity and the three mechanisms: identification, the internal model, and component. This paper then concludes that technology foresight system is a complex adaptive system consisting of the adaptation Agents, and proposes the flow chart based on the CAS technology foresight.
