摘要
Four new compounds, pestalotheols E-H (1-4), along with one known metabolite, anofinic acid (5), were isolated from a fungal endophyte, an unidentified Ascomycete. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analysis, and the relative stereochemistries of pestalotheols E-H (1-4) were confirmed by NOESY experiments. Compounds 1-5 showed good antifungal, antibacterial, and antialgal activities against Microbotryum violaceum, Escherichia coli, Bacillus megaterium, and Chlorella fusca; compounds 3-5 showed strong antibacterial activity.
