摘要：
This paper analyzes the supporting environment of Chinese venture capital companies from three aspects, which are substance, regulation and culture. Since the initiative development of the companies in China needs to be promoted in virtue of the government's power, it is important to put forward a feasible scheme of fostering supporting environment for venture capital companies to avoid the choas and decrease the efficiency loss in the course.
