摘要
AHDS syndrome is often only recognized as a problem at the start of schooling. Thus, the teacher plays an important role both as a contact person as well as a partner in therapy. Unfortunately, sufficient information on the disturbance and on the therapeutic strategies of how to handle the afflicted are lacking. The child has, despite therapy, only a single chance to change his school career successfully if it is "treated" appropriately within the school. An integrated therapy model is needed combining therapeutic, consultant, pedagogic and parental efforts. In the ideal case, the people relevant to the child or adolescent should consider themselves as a therapeutic team which has a basic common knowledge of the disorder and who regularly meet to discuss the problem. The ADHS continuing educational concept A.L.A.D.I.N. should contribute to this.
