摘要
The problem of the rational use of the electric power aimed at the reduction of its cost is a very urgent current issue of the industrial enterprises, along with the issue connected the volume of consumption of fuel and energy resources for preservation of the environment of existence. The solution of this problem primarily requires reasonable planning of power consumption at the industrial enterprises. The actual forecasting methods based on a tendency research in power consumption of industrial years are widely applied. With these methods, only the steady tendencies can be modeled. At the same time, the initial information is set by one realization representing the dependence of the cost of the electric power on time. In this case it is impossible to investigate the concrete influence of economic, technological, and organizational factors on the mode of power consumption and the implementation of the planned decisions
