摘要
One of the key features for a battery management system is to maximize battery performance while extending lifespan. To achieve this, a computationally simple yet accurate degradation model is necessary to be established. This paper derives a novel control-oriented reduced-order aging model of solid-electrolyte interphase growth. The aging model is formulated through solving for the transfer-function relationship between the degradation characteristic parameters and input current, which could be utilized in a real-time hardware-in-the-loop framework. The simulation results elucidate that the reduced-order transfer-function aging model approximates a highly nonlinear partial-differential-equation model with satisfactory error range.
