A dual representation for three dimensional SU(2) lattice gauge model at finite temperature is constructed for the partition function and various observables. Some applications for investigation of the deconfinement phase transition are discussed. As example, the partition function and the correlation function of Polyakov loops are evaluated at strong coupling.
