摘要:
In recent years, the hotel catering department has the problem of low female employees satisfaction and high turnover rate, and it has affected the development of hotel seriously and became the bottleneck of enterprises development. How the hotel restaurant department should establish an effective incentive mechanism to retain talent, improve the enthusiasm of the staff, it has become an urgent subject. Based on this condition, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the incentive system of female employees in China catering department and puts forward the solution to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of female employees.
