摘要
Any carbon contained materials can be recognized as energy source in these days, because of the latest rises of oil price. Especially, the interest related to the syngas produced from gasification of solid feedstock is rising in recent years. The key components in syngas from gasification of solid feedstock include hydrogen(H-2), carbon monoxide(CO), carbon dioxide(CO2), moisture(H2O). To utilize this raw syngas high efficiently as fuel or materials for chemical products, it must be removed CO2, H2O and minor contaminants. So, there are many research and development for the gas cleaning and the capture and storage of CO2 from fossil-fuel combustion and gasification source. In the present investigation, to separate the CO2 in syngas, the characteristics of adsorption and desorption of CO2 in syngas was studied using NaX type zeolite adsorbents. The particle size of adsorbent is 3 nun diameter. The adsorption and desorption behavior of CO2 on the NaX type zeolite adsorbent was investigated by TPD(Temperature Programmed Desorption) method to study the ability of CO2 adsorption. The adsorption and desorption experiments were also carried out using the syngas produced from gasification reaction. The syngas was composed of CO2 6.3%-6.8%, H-2 5.2%-6.0%, N-2 24.7%-28.4%, CO 60%-63.0% and the CO2 adsorption test was executed at normal temperature and pressure. To make observation of the ability of CO2 adsorption, gas composition before and after going through the adsorbent was analyzed using gas chromatogram and the CO2 desorption test was executed at temperature 100 degrees C, 150 degrees C and 200 degrees C.
