摘要
Social Media have changed the way people communicate. Digital technologies of social network application building the technical backbone of social media. In the corporate sectors, the used social network applications are called Enterprise Social Networks (ESN). While ESNs functions have a significant impact on work organization (communication and administration), learning and explicit knowledge exchange within ESN is still insufficiently taken into account. In order to face this problem, the paper will present an integrated approach for digital social learning in ESN, based on a use case linked to the serious games approach.
