摘要
A new disposable electrochemical genosensor for the detection of characteristic sequences related to genetically modified organisms (GMOs) was developed. Thiol modified oligonucleotides were immobilised onto gold screen-printed electrodes by self-assembled monolayer technique. The genosensors were hybridised with biotinylated complementary sequences. Streptavidin-alkaline phosphatase was coupled to the hybrid through streptavidin-biotin bond and the electroactive product of enzymatic hydrolysis, a-naphthol, could be detected by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The detection limit was 1 mu g/L.
