摘要:
ZnZrNb2O8 and (Zn0.95M0.05) ZrNb2O8 (M = Ni, Mg, Co and Mn) ceramics was synthetized at the sintering temperature of 1280 degrees C. The microstructure and microwave dielectric properties were investigated systematically. The X-ray diffraction results showed that all samples exhibit a single monoclinic structure. The dielectric constant (epsilon) was affected by the relative density and the dielectric polarizability. The quality factor (Qf) increased with the increase of the packing fraction. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (tau(f)) moved towards positive due to the increase of B-site bond valence. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
