摘要
This article focuses on obtaining circular polarization and dual-band operation using an integrated antenna fabricated with a conventional CMOS process. The antenna is designed to operate in the 60GHz frequency range. Dual-band operation was demonstrated from full-wave simulations, and verified with experimental data from fabricated antennas.
