摘要
Chitin is a natural polysaccharide rich in marine reserves. It has the characteristics of low toxicity, biocompatibility, biodegradability and high strength. Polydopamine biomaterials were used to biologically activate chitin-based materials with different structures, and polydopamine was coated on the surface of chitin materials to increase the hydrophilicity and reducibility of chitin materials. The surface of activated chitin was modified to improve the mechanical characteristics of chitin. The prepared chitin composite DCh48-Ag has a Young's modulus of 420.9 MPa, a specific surface area of 292.1 m(2)/g, and the loading capacity of the aerogel to silver is as high as 95.3 mg/g in a secondary modification process. The nano-particles above 3 nm size could be successfully intercepted and the replacement rate of Au3+ was more than 90 %.
