Cerenkov generators with overmoded one-sectional slow-wave structures

摘要
Cerenkov generators with one-sectional overmoded slow-wave structures in a high-current regime (500 kV, 10 kA) of the beam and field interaction have been investigated both experimentally and theoretically. The starting conditions of generation have been found experimentally. The obtained data are compared with the numerical simulation results.
