摘要
Point-spread-function engineering enables the extraction of depth information from fluorescence microscopy images by sacrificing lateral resolution and labeling density. Here, we introduce a bifurcated multimodal approach that facilitates 3D super-resolution in densely labeled samples. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
