摘要
This article is product of the research "Permanent training of the practice advisors of Physical Education Institute of the University of Antioquia". Objective: to identify the training profile required by the advisors to respond to the current demands of the training plan. Method: qualitative approach with a descriptive purpose and a transversal horizon. The strategies were the documentary review and the case study, using as instruments the documentary analysis and the survey, respectively. Conclusions: is highlighted the importance that the practice advisors give to the processes of permanent formation from administrative, formative, investigative and axiological components in order to fulfill the current demands of the training plan. Future lines emerge, such as the creation of a specific permanent training plan by area (sports training, physical activity, school and management).
