摘要
The flower-shaped bismuth vanadate (BiVO4) microspheres were prepared by a facile hydrothermal technique. The crystalline phase, surface chemical components, and morphology of the flower-shaped BiVO4 microspheres sample were investigated using XRD, SEM, BET, and XPS. The gas sensor based on BiVO4 had a high gas response (17.2), good repeatability, and a quick response-recovery time (24 s/44 s) to acetone at 370 ??.
