摘要：

Based on analysis of the essence of industrial cluster and the special features of small and medium high-tech enterprises, this paper demonstrates the importance of industrial cluster for small and medium high-tech enterprises' sustainable development from the angles of human community's sustainable development system which is composed of subsystems of economy, resource, zoology and population, and also points out the disadvantages that industrial cluster may bring to the enterprises inside it. Hence puts forward some suggestions for small and medium high-tech enterprises to achieve sustainable development by means of industrial cluster.
