摘要
Total synthesis of (+/-)-Lingzhilactone B has been achieved for the first time in 13 steps. The key step features a semipinacol rearrangement to construct 5/5 bicyclic ring with adjacent quaternary carbon. (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
