摘要：
Bloodstream infection caused by Clostridium symbiosum was previously reported in only one case, from a highly immunocompromised patient with metastic colon cancer. We describe the second case of clinical bacteraemic sepsis caused by C symbiosum from a previously healthy man, which underlines the pathogenicity of this species. (c) 2007 Elsevier Ltd.
