摘要
To solve the heat dissipation problem of the air-cooled collector of high-power klystron, this paper carries out the design of the cooling fins of the air-cooled collector. According to the design parameters of the air-cooled collector, the length, thickness, height and wind speed of a single cooling fin are optimized by a uniform heat flux loading method, and the simulation model of the collector is established. ANSYS thermal analysis software is used to simulate and verify the maximum temperature of the cooling fin and the maximum temperature of the inner surface of the collector. The simulation results meet the design requirements, indicating that the design of the cooling fin of the air-cooled collector is reasonable and reliable.
